Red Sox vs. Rockies... FOX is happy!

(Plug for me) Now, if you look below, you'll see I picked these two teams to advance in their perspective leagues but I was a little off with the number of games it would take.

The Rockies made quick work of the Diamondbacks sweeping Arizona in four games to improve to 7-0 in the post-season. Although since then they've been sitting at home waiting for the American League Series to end thus taking away from their ever present hot streak. If you're from Colorado, let's hope your team can get it back quick as they'll need to play excellent baseball to prevent the Red Sox from winning a second World Series Championship in four years.

Meanwhile in Beantown, the Sox have done it again. In 2004 (their last Championship season) they did the impossible by coming back to beat their arch-rival Yankees down 3 games to none by winning four staright. This time they found themselves down again 3 games to 1 against the Cleveland Indians but held on and fought their way to World Series berth with three straight victories. Boston's offense may have exploded with their recent wins but it was their pitching that really held it together. Ace, Josh Beckett was unbelievable and the veteran post-season legend Curt Schilling came through in the clutch while highly touted Diasuke Matsuzaka earned his keep today helping Boston to a series victory.

So here it is, Red Sox vs. Rockies, Game One Wednesday night from Fenway Park in Boston. Will the Rockies keep up this unthinkable streak and beat the Sox or is Boston destined to win another title? We know one thing, FOX has to be super happy they have Boston and their fan base along with this incredible Rockies story to promote for the World Series and you know what, it should be a great one!

As for me, I'm still sticking with what I said earlier, Red Sox in six but be ready cause anything can happen.
